We do not require deposits , clients pre pay in full at the time of booking the appointment

Cancellations

• No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

• Because beauty services are based on time and professional labor, all completed services are non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and offer a possible adjustment.
